The idea
An evening built around one thing: letting your nervous system come down from whatever the week has done to it.
It starts with slow, intentional yoga to release the tension you are holding, moves into conscious breathing to shift you out of fight-or-flight, and finishes with an immersive sound bath — resonant frequencies you feel as much as hear, in the blissed-out state where the body can actually restore itself.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Come ready to lie down, listen, and let your system reset.
Unhurried movement to release held tension. All levels, no experience required.
Breathwork to move you into a parasympathetic state — the one where rest actually happens.
Resonant frequencies washing over you while you do nothing at all.
Less stress, less mental fatigue, and a calmer nervous system to take home.

Questions
No. The movement is slow and every posture is offered with options. Plenty of people come purely for the sound bath.
You lie down, get comfortable, and instruments are played around the room. You do nothing — that is the point.
Yes, and lots of people do. There is a two-person ticket if you would rather bring someone.
A mat, a blanket, layers and some water. Everything else is here.
